My ex is trying to destroy my body of video work (I'm an artist). Can she legally do this?

Post Body

My ex and i dated for four years. I'm a musician. She acted in several music videos and is now placing 'privacy complaints' against my videos on youtube.

She signed a waiver for one of the videos and not the other ones.

YouTube says I have forty eight hours to take them down or they will "review the complaint" and possibly remove them themselves. They are obviously music videos and my hope is they will see that obviously people were willing participants.
She also wrote me and said she wants me to remove all pictures of her from instagram, facebook etc. I have absolutely no interest in doing so as that was part of my life and this is a catalogue of my life. Can she legally ask me to do this?
Does anybody know? This is such a messed up situation.

Thank you
