I rent under a verbal agreement from parents. Now I they are coming into the house harassing me about the lawn threatening to kick me out. The lawn was supposed to be a shared duty, I'm the only one who has been doing it.
Post Body

Ok, so to make a long story short, without going into too much family drama details. My brother was "renting" a room in one of my parents' homes and I my lease was up at my last place, so I decided to move here due to the rent being cheaper. I put "renting" in quotation marks because I recently found out they weren't even making him pay rent, and myself and another tenant are really the only ones paying rent. I pay rent every month since moving in for a year. I never got a lease and would consider it a "verbal" agreement.

Anyway, before moving, none of this lawn stuff was really detailed, and nothing was agreed upon verbally before moving in. A few months into renting, they verbally said lawn duties should be split between renters. Ok, no problem, I was fine with that.

Well, about a year into it renting, and somehow I'm the only one who really mows the lawn. For the past 4 months, I've mowed the lawn 95% of the time. The past week, it's been raining nonstop. I've been busy with work, so the lawn got pretty high, and they came over to complain about it. It blows up into this huge argument, them yelling (mainly directed at me) and I yell back, telling them how I'm the only one who mows it to begin with, and that it's been raining all week otherwise I was going to mow it(because I'm a nice fucking person and even though they let my brother slide on his rent constantly, bc he's obviously the favorite, I don't feel like listening to them bitch about it, so I just mow it, even though no one else does it as its supposed to be).

I guess my main question is, first off, do they have rights to come into the home I pay rent for(which pays the mortgage) and yell at me and disrespect me in my own place, that myself and another tenant pays rent for? What rights do they have to kick us out if it comes to that? If they come into the specific room that I pay rent for within the home without knocking or being invited, is that considered breaking and entering or invasion of privacy? I live in Florida. Do they have to provide me a legal written eviction notice and a certain amount of time before requiring me to move out? What legal grounds do they even have to evict me when I pay rent, and the verbal agreement for the lawn isn't being obeyed by either of the other 2 roommates, yet I'm always the one they bitch at when it isn't mowed to their expectations.
