So I quit this company near June 24th area. I have yet to receive my final paycheck and today is July 14th. I read up and learned that California has a final paycheck policy where any funds that are owed to the employee are due within 48 hours of quitting. I just want to know if there is anything I can do from this point on of if I should do anything at all. I contacted the company earlier this week and they said they have sent out the check, this was I believe July 10th or 11th, I have yet to receive it. Im not sure as for what I should be doing in this case here because I've never had a problem with a company until now. Also quick thing to note. It was supposed to be 100% commission based, but training pay was guaranteed at 600/wk, and there wasnt anything used to track hours worked, although we did have an Ipad that tracked our location and when we sold something. Hours were 11-8pm Monday-Saturday
