So the above. I got two phone calls from a new number and have been paranoid so I have not been answering calls but I have been applying to jobs so I do text them. I also have got a lot of spam where I get spoofed. So they say they are my friends name and asked who this was. I used a fictional characters name and blocked it. I then look up the phone number and it is her daughter's phone who has been arrested. Can I get in trouble if she is calling from her daughter's number? I still plan to talk to a lawyer and not rely on this but I am curious as I know these can be touchy and would like some peace of mind but I know calling a lawyer tomorrow would be best. Thanks
