Long story short I had a falling out with a friend and a friend of his and we were all decent friends for a while. I got to a point where I was tired of the mistreatment by this friend and his lady friend. They are not together but are close friends. After the falling out I told both of them to leave me alone and blocked both of them. The one friend j said one other thing to me and blocked him. The lady on the other hand continued to message me through different numbers and each one told to leave me alone and blocked. It got to a point where I just started blocking.

Finally I said this is your last warning you need to leave me alone now. Every text thread you have sent me including this one has been saved. Continue messaging me and those will also be saved. This can and will get to a point of legal action. Now leave me alone.

She messaged me maybe 2 or 3 times after and finally she left me alone. All until today I received some odd text messages that contained information that I don’t exactly make public about myself. Info on where I live where I work my parents my ex wife and a whole bunch of other fun details. At first I freaked out due to not having done anything illegal in my life and who would play this kind of joke.

It eventually dawned on me there is a very good chance that this is my friend continuing to harass me and it’s birding on the line of stalking now. Are there any laws state or federal that may give me any form of protection and that I may pursue?

I mentioned at the beginning of this post that this has been happening across state lines. My state is Florida these “friends” are in Tennessee. Thank you so much in advance.
