So my wife went to the gym yesterday (24 hour fitness) and used the lockers in the restroom to put all her stuff in. She locked it and went to do her thing. When she finished and went back to the locker, the lock was gone along with all of her stuff. She went to the front desk and one of the employees said that he had cut a lock for a woman that told him she couldn’t open her lock. He followed my wife to the locker room to confirm that he in fact cut HER lock off and he admitted that he did. The lady said she needed help, her went with her to the locker and broke it open, and watched her just take everything and leave. My wife lost her wallet with her ID and all cards, and all of her keys.
I feel like there is some kind of procedure that they are supposed to follow when cutting open lockers and giving a random person whatever is in it. What would you do? Thanks for your time
