I had a restraining order file against me from my soon to be x wife. We went to court for this restraining order and ended up with a agreement. Stipulated order of protection, conditions are for me to have my kids every third week, which is my week off ( I work 2 weeks on and 1 off ). 2500 a month for my children and 1000 for mortgage (3500$) monthly. Judge said I could disagree but never gave me a clear answer on what would happen if I disagreed. I felt pressured and wasn't really thinking straight ATM so I agreed. He asked much I make a month which I said 8k a month. Thing is, with how my work schedule is I end up making 6k one month and 8k on the next (which I completely forgot during the court, so ducked myself over a bit there). I really can't afford to give her 3500 a month, since I pretty much had to start from zero again, I have to pay my apartment and more than likely her suv and solar panels for the house plus more bills under both of our names. Like I said I panicked and felt that by agreeing to this would be the only way to see my kids since she hasn't let me see them for weeks. Also I told the judge that I would like to split the house mortgage with her sister and her mom since they both moved in with my x. What can I do about this? It'll be hard for me to afford all this plus I feel like I'm giving her money for her family not my kids.
