I will try to make it short as possible.

I am a part of fitness community. I have paying subscription there.

We also have a Discord channel to communicate with our trainer,share progress etc.

Now,some months ago 2 of the founders left the company so one founder was there alone managing the entire company.

Some of us were also part of other Discord channel unrelated to the one where we are paying members. After some time,two guys that left the mentioned company joined that newly created discord channel.

I was contacted by the guy that is running the entire business now and been asked to make a record of entire discussion on the "independent" channel, because he is in legal dispute with other two guys. Allegedly, they used the company equipment for personal use or for personal profit without the consent of the company they worked for. He want's to know if they talked about it more, so he can use it as evidence in legal actions.

He says he isn't asking me yet to send the conversations to him.He just want's them to exist once and if, he might need them for legal reasons.
Company and the current founder are located in US same as one of the other guys. Third one is in Netherlands. I am from Austria.

My questions are obvious.

1. Am i even allowed to do that according to EU laws?
   
2. Closely tied to nr. 1....If not,would that even be a valid evidence?
   
3. Am i even allowed to posses the conversations without sending them to anyone?
   
4. Even if the answer to all of the above is "yes", how would i even be contacted and by who from US,to deliver the evidence? I suppose i can't just send the stuff to guy asking for them just because he says so?
