I was hit by a car. The insurance company said I was jaywalking Iām at fault here are a list of my injuries
Internal bleeding from my Spline had a medal plate put in my body to stop the bleeding
Major gash to my forehand
4 broken ribs
A VERY Swollen leg
Some bruising around my stomach mostly gone
My question btw Iām 19 will I get a settlement even though they put me at fault.
