So rent for this one bedroom was advertised online at $650/month. Now it is time to sign the lease and there is a “resident benefit package” that is $35/month that we can not opt out of. The benefit package includes 24hr maintenance and a host of other things that seem like they should be part of normal rent. Is this legal in Wyoming?
