I got into a car accident last year in April. Was in the hospital after having a metal rod put in I was released after 5 days. I’m only 24 working in the labor industry I will probably be on my feet for life. Over almost the past year I’ve done everything that saif has asked me and more even when I was still on crutches. They kept blocking approval for me having the ability to go to my pt. A recent example of this. I recently received a letter in the mail dated/approved February 15th 2023 they stated in the letter I was approved for 8 visits last year between the months of October and November. The same day I received another letter dated the same day stating I was approved in December as well.
