But sure what to categorize this as. I was just diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ADHD. In September, I had an acute psychotic episode, and was arrested 3 times within 4 days for intoxicated in a public roadway (dismissed), interfering with a police investigation, disturbing the peace, and another misdemeanor, all with no jail time possible. I was arrested a fourth time and taken to the hospital. So, I had 3 12-hour detentions within for days where I was having severe psychotic symptoms. I left the third time thinking I was God and just survived the gas chamber. Do I have a case?
