My Landlord Has Violated My Tenant Right!

Post Body

So according to everything I've read about Texas Tenant Rights my landlord has violated 2 of them on 3 occasions, if not more, and I have video evidence of it on 2 of those occasions, he also believes that on the 1st after my notice to quit is up that he can simply have law enforcement simply escorts me off the property, I know that he cant but how do i prevent that from happening and what can i do before that happens?? This guy thinks he doesn't have to follow the eviction process because we don't have a written rental agreement, however his reasoning for trying to evict me is because I was late on 3 occasions, however he has violated the rental agreement by not adhering to the agreed upon 1/3 of the utilities by charging me $100 more on 3 occasions, what could potentially happen once this goes to eviction court with both of us having violated the rental agreement. On a side note i am in a financial bind as i am only working part time and do not have enough money to move out as i lost my full time job due to getting sick 3 days in a row, is there anything i can do to prolong this so i can get enough money to move out?
