My restaurant manager has been giving her favorite employee more tips over anyone else.
Post Body

In December we had a lot of holiday parties. Now, we had a few buyouts and during all of these, they leave a service charge of around $6,000 for all the servers, bussers, bartenders, who work. one employee who is clearly the managers, favorite shows up literally two hours late and is still included in the tipout. Again, he shows up 2 hours late and she still includes him.

ON TOP OF THAT he is getting MORE OF THE SERVICE CHARGE over everyone else.

Weird thing is we are not allowed to see what the service charge is.

We dont even know how much we are making when we do private events.

One time I asked my manager and she quickly said "no, no, no right now I'm too busy"

Very sketchy indeed. Clearly the managers take a big portion of the service charge and put it in their pocket.

What I dont like is her favorite shows up when he wants, leaves when he wants and still gets more than we do. They never went over a point system of who gets what.

I will ask once again if i can I see a tip book for the month of December and if they shut me down, what do i do then?
