Is there a case here for a electrical tradesman?
Post Body

So I have been working for this company for about 7 months as an electrical apprentice and in most states you have to have a license in order to do electrical work and you must receive hours in order to receive a journeymans license. We'll I had never received my appentice license and I received word from the industries board that our contractors license had expired and that all my hours and about 20 other apprentices hours would not be validated by the state because our contractor failed to update his information with the state but has been pulling permits and one guy even had his license renewed. If I don't receive my hours for whatever reason is there lawsuit here since I basically just lost 7 months of my life to this company? I want retribution if I don't get my hours.
