I met this girl on a dating app, we chopped it up and got along and she asked to move in because she was having issues with her rent so i agreed. She has been living with me the past month, she pays no bills and has her name on nothing. Ever since moving in its been a nightmare and I can no longer deal with her and she has caused me to receive two noise complaints. I want to throw all of her stuff out of my apartment, but before I do I would like to know if I would get into any legal problems or trouble with the police for doing so.
