How to use music that someone has submitted.
Post Body
If I wanted to build and manage an online radio thing, like chillhop channel on YouTube, how do I research the legal side? Chillhop for example has a way for someone to submit a track. If I managed to set something like that up? Do I still need permission, there giving me permission just by submitting right? So what else is there? Besides a terms and conditions
