Hello,
This is in Texas for background. My sister purchased a car 2 weeks ago. Currently waiting on a drivers license appointment she simply went to look. The salesman told her โyou only need an ID to buy a car not a license. She went through with the process smoothly. Come this morning Dec 19th she was told they will be picking the car up. The paperwork canโt be finalized due to no drivers license. Should I seek representation to get the vehicle? Do I have some leverage here? Any sound advice would be very helpful.
