Hello all. I have a property in East Texas. It's about 2.25 acres. My home is on this property. About three years ago, I let a friend, her mom, and her common law husband put their trailer home on my property for them to live in. The first couple years were great. We had an arrangement where they took care of mowing the property, etc, and that was their rent. There is plenty of documentation to prove I was letting them put their trailer on my property.

Long story short, the third year wasn't so great. They ended up abandoning their trailer that still has a high mortgage on it. They didn't tell me they were leaving and they left my property trashed. Bags and bags of trash all over the ground, loose trash everywhere, and a ton of miscellaneous junk all over the ground. There's enough to fill several dumpsters. My question is if there's anything I can do to legally make them clean this place up?
