TW: Sexual assault of a minor
Long story short: My roommate plead guilty today of molesting my niece. He accepted a plea deal of ten months because they found his semen in her clothes.
When he was pleading guilty he said he didn’t know her name, it was in his apartment, and touched her butt for sexual gratification.
He knew her name - he wasn’t supposed to have moved back in yet and met her when we realized he was in the apartment. He straight up introduced himself when I asked if the coughing coming from inside the apartment was him.
She said he touched more than just her butt, so he clearly isn’t being honest there, either.
There’s no way, if the judge gives him more than the agreed on ten months, that he can turn around and dispute it by claiming what he plead guilty to didn’t match what she said he did, right?
