Private Property definition and Canadian law
Post Body
I had a question about property law in Canada. Why is private property defined as the ownership of tangible or intangible assets? Wouldn't that mean everything is private property? I recall from high school that private property was only supposed to be related to the means of production, not everything?
Where's the public property? I feel that having everything as private property means less freedom for those who don't own the property.
