So the Shelburn Police Departnent entered my home back in April looking for someone that didn't live here? The then got a search warrant and executed that and took me jail over some weed and paraphernalia and a syringe(unused) which I use them to worm my dog with? The case was just thrown out. Problem is I went to jail and had to bail out for 2,000$, my retainer fee was 5,000$, and I owe him 7,000$ more. Plus they made us sit outside half dressed in the cold for 4.5 hours while they executed the warrant, and my fiancé has stage 4 cervical cancer. I asked the officers if they had a supervisor I could speak with and was told and was by the Shelburn town marshal that he was in charge and that he don't have a boss and so on and so forth. When I bailed out the next day, I had to call her an ambulance from the discomfort and pain the sitting outside for hours had done to her. My thought is that I should be able to sue the Shelburn police department for damages and pain and suffering shouldn't I?
