Back in May I bought a new to me ducati. Partly financed I currently owe about 6k. A few weeks after I've had the bike and received the plate for it about a week after I got a title in the mail for the bike no leins in my name with all the other proper stuff and no mention of the finance company. The loan I got was a loan on the bike it's self it wasn't some kind of personal loan. So my question is do I own the bike? Do I still need to make payments or could I have a lawyer draft up something to be released for the error? So far I've been paying on it as I should and have no issue continuing if need be. Mainly just curious if I have to or does the loan have no bearing since the company doesn't hold it? Thanks for your awnsers
