I have a severe stalker issue, a very violent and dangerous person. I just submitted my paperwork and am waiting to hear if I get a temporary restraining order approved. This person has been making fake accounts with my name and making it seem like I am stalking them. They are also messaging people saying that I plan to kill them, hurt them, destroy their property. If I am successful in getting this restraining order approved, will that prevent them from doing what they have been doing? I am afraid that they will continue to make accounts and message people either impersonating me or talking negatively about me. If it is supposed to stop them, how will/can it exactly? I just feel like they will constitue doing this regardless and it has been scaring me. All input is welcomed, thank you in advance!
