Someone sent me an accidental Voicemail, is it illegal to share it to CPS?

A woman who I know accidentally sent me a 3 minute voicemail that shows her verbally abusing her kids. (She physically does too) I know she does this and I have contacted CPS. I dont have any evidence so I wanted to know if I can legally send this to CPS, she sent it to me, I did not record it.

She sent it to you. There was no disclaimer obliging you to disregard and delete it in case of you not being the intended recipient. Do the right thing and get help to those kids.
