Suboxone and New Employee Drug Screening
Post Body

I am applying for a new job and currently on suboxone. If the employer has this in their pre-employment screening and it comes up what am I legally required to disclose and can they deny me a job because of it?

This is my dream job and would consider detoxing if there is a chance it would make a difference but it would not be ideal and may impact my interviews.

Edit: it is prescribed through a psychiatrist but I am currently between providers.
