A few weeks ago I received a speeding ticket in New York state (I live in PA) for going 80 in a 65. I was surprised when I got pulled over because I wasn’t the one speeding. What happened was I had been in the left lane because I had passed a car and there were two cars in the right lane. Those cars were going faster so I got over into the right lane behind them. This happened to be right before we went over a hill, after that hill is when the troopers (there were two in the car) saw us.

When they pulled me and the middle car over (not the one at the front), the trooper said I was going 80. I asked the trooper if they clocked 2 or 3 cars going 80 and she said 2.

I plead not guilty and have a court date set, is there anything I should do/ask to hopefully get this ticket thrown out or at least reduced?
