I recently stayed at an Airbnb in mammoth lakes CA. Upon check out I left roughly 5 grand worth of camera equipment and electronics sitting on the couch packed and waiting to leave. I know how stupid this is… I’m still handing it to myself.
Paid a 30 dollar fee just to get someone to drive to the airbnb, look inside, and call me to say it’s not there.
Getting this property management company to even communicate with me has been hell. Now that I’ve talked with them I’ve paid 30 dollars to be told I’m Shit out of luck. No one has shown any interest in trying to figure this out.
Is there anything I can do to get someone to actually check in or hold the cleaning staff accountable?
