Instead of paying my owed commissions, job sent me a payment as a non-employee.
Post Body
I had closed the biggest account in company history and would have been owed for this. I was laid off as part of a restructuring and was sent a measly $2k. The CEO explained that this was to thank us for sending back the laptop and to give us a bonus for our commissions. My commission would have been worth a minimum of $10k. Do I have any recourse?
Edit: Iām in Missouri, and the company is located in Texas.
