"No Items to Display" In ledger manager App!?

Just received my ledger nano and am trying to get things set up but there are no altcoin wallets showing in the manager app. I've restarted the app a couple times and got them to show up once but can't do it again. Just keeps showing gray with "No items to display". Anyone know why this is? Kind of disappointing..
