Hello Everyone,

Probably a story you’ve heard a million times, I found an old ledger that I have Pin access to but don’t have the recovery phase for

Tried to access the wallet via Ledger Live and everytime I try to open the ETH or BTC app I receive a code CLA_NOT_SUPPORTED (0x6e00) and don’t have access to see my balance or anything

I know I can reset the 24 but the website recommends sending all the funds out first, which I cannot.

I fear that if I update the firmware I will get a reset and lose all the possible coins on there.

Any ideas on how to move the funds safely?
