A new product line is probably needed at this point - having destroyed any and all confidence in their SE ( that's on the ledger team by the by - probably should have been more upfront about its capabilities...but I digress. )

Project I.C.E. or I Control Everything

The community needs a tool that is completely and utterly ice cold. I was thinking of a sbc based approach with the following characteristics: (including but not limited to that is... )

• No SE - sorry, that ship's sailed and sunk, instead
• the user can use any hardware random number generator or actual physical dice that they want
• have all signing take place via this truly airgap'ed device.
• the ability to easily create multi-sig across chains ( UTXO and account based ones ) - there are tools out there already (gnosis safe, electrum, etc ) but nothing that is 'easy' or 'complete'. Additionally, having a (open source) tool of high quality would go a long way to rebuilding goodwill in the community.

I know that I'm missing a ton of ideas/needs/etc - Just wanted to throw this into the ether and see what comes of it. I really would like to see ledger continue, though they will need to make this right.
