Why is Ledger Live so bad at keeping track of balances

Would this not be job 1 for the application? I see so many issues of people having to clear caches, and sometimes over and over again. Please pick up your game Ledger, you seem to have prioritised your digital marketing strategy over usability, thus leading to enshitification of your app.
