New to LED lights and trying to find an appropriate power source

Looking to run 4 LED strips. The controller has 2 outputs so hoping to use 2 strips on each.

LED: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DTOAWZ2/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Controller: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007RGRJ36/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Now I believe these are 12v and 5amp strips. I'll need a 20 amp power source. But since it recommends 2 strips on one 12v 5amp power source, can that get cut in half?

Hoping to keep this simple and pull from an outlet. Suggestions for a power supply?

Thanks in advance!
