If I land a remote job abroad(in France for exemple since I live in France), and I have my french papers done, will I be able to work from Lebanon?

I mostly see that remote jobs are only allowed in the country itself. But I assume it’s to avoid paying another country’s taxes and violate their rules when operating there. Does anyone have such experience or know something about it?
