Panic attacks let me quit cold turkey

Post Body

Been smoking for almost a decade now. Graduated in 2018, got a job which allowed me to afford more. Once CoVid hit and we started working from home I was able to smoke all day every day. About 3 weeks ago I quit cold turkey and haven’t had a strong urge at all. Prior to that, the last 3/4 times I smoked I had panic attacks, even after trying different strains. Elevated heart rate for hours and definitely not the familiar calming effect I was used to. Figured that was not healthy at all and after the last panic attack I haven’t had a single urge.

Not sure how this will add anything to the community but that’s my story. Hope everyone can reach their goal here.
