I am a 22 year old male. Started smoking the summer after my freshman year, so i was 15. Recently weed has been making me sick. I usually only smoke backwoods, so I thought it was the nicotine until i smoked a bong and almost threw up at work. Marijuana has done so many great things for me, but if I canβt smoke without feeling sick, i think its time for me too quit. I can finally fix whats wrong with my life without using it as a crutch. Currently hating this sober life, but at least im not throwing up bc of weed. Any tips on how to fill the hole that was once filled with marijuana? 7 years out of 22 is almost a third of my life & it was part of my daily self care routine. Currently on day 3!!!
