Hi my name is and I am an addict blah blah blah. Was born that way I feel like, been I’ve been chasing the dragon in one way or another for as long I can remember. Ive been smoking weed by the hour since I was 16, I’m now 28. I’ve been perusing them sub and have a lot to say. But just wanted to start by saying hi, and saying thank you all for all of your posts. I found this Reddit after feeling detached from my partner, i brought up my desire to quit and how I was already having withdrawals, she sparked up a blunt on FaceTime as I was saying this, it made me feel so alone, and made my struggles seem trivial. Reading y’all’s thoughts and feelings has really opened me up to a new world and has really validated my experience knowing so many suffer in the exact ways I do, feel the same things I do. I plan on being active and connecting further as I go further down the path into full sobriety. Let’s go day one!!! Love all of you already!
