Hi everyone, sorry if this is triggering but I genuinely have a question. I used to smoke everyday. Last month I decided to quit and about day 6 I smoked again. Ever since then I have been smoking less, like probably 3 times a week. And I want to aim to do it less and less, but my question is: if I start smoking less and less, will my body start to detox from thc or do I need to stop completely for that? Just trying to be compassionate with myself, keep reading this thread and Iām attending my first mj anonymous meeting tomorrow! Thanks in advance
