User for a year and a bit. Smoked heavily during onset of pandemic. I liked it because I enjoyed nature and eating and laughing. The laughs slowly went away.
When my relationship went to shit I decided to face everything and went cold turkey for a couple days. One thing that really helps is to have goals, whether it be fitness goals or business goals, work toward something so your brain rewards you for accomplishing something. Stop hanging out with people you smoke with. This is hard because they will offer you or hit you up. You gotta say no.
Now even if I do weed, all it does is gives me anxiety. It just stopped being fun for me and I just donβt want to do it.
