Hey guys!

Thought I'd a brief update on my progress so far, in the hope it'll be the spark someone needs to quit this habit!

Been a daily smoker for over four years. Two months back, I had to go away on a trip for work, so needed to take a break for a couple days before I left, so I could adjust to not smoking for a few days. I'm not sure what it was, but something inside me was fed up of having my life influenced by weed, and with my mental health as of late, I wasn't getting any enjoyment from it.

When I got back from my trip, one day led to two, then three and here I am two months later, having not smoked!

As you know, it can be tough at first, but it gets so much better. My sleep, my memory, my mindset. Sure, the anxiety is still there, and I still feel shit mentally a lot of the time, but it doesn't even come close to how I was feeling when I was smoking daily.

If you're still in the first week, keep going! It's tough, but you'll get there! And if you fail, don't beat yourself up. Take the time to collect yourself, and then try again. This was my third time trying to quit, and I think I'm finally making some good progress!

You got this!
