Iāve been smoking weed heavily for over 10 years. I would say a good six years of going hard. Smoking the strongest wax I could get, the strongest edibles, etc. the past four years Iāve āwanted to quit.ā Quit for maybe 3 months at the longest around 3 years ago. Since then the longest Iāve gone is a couple days.
Iāve noticed that if I focus my mind on some of the positive changes I will face: -more money -better breathing -clarity.
But some times Iāll get to a point where I convince myself it was better when I was high and itās ok for me to be high the rest of my life. Iām kinda bad at searching Reddit and I feel like cannabis recovery isnāt really the prominent online. Is there a post or recourse that anyone could share thatās like an āexpected timeline of recovery.ā Or good things I can expect now that I quit.
I know it can be different for everyone and you canāt tell me how I will specifically benefit, but just kind of a general guide or something for recovery. I want to fill my mind with positive thinking, I donāt think thereās any other way for me to quit
