Should I force myself to eat (day 2)

Iโm at that point where my appetite is super low but I feel malnourished but full?! Yโall know what Iโm talking about . Been thru it a million times . I was thinking about forcing good foods down. Even if I gag or feel full . I feel like it would help speed up the recovery process . By recovery I mean homeostasis lol
