I'm sure we've all heard someone say that. I can understand and accept that but I don't understand how we can become content with boredom in sobriety. Even someone that is very active is not able to be active 24/7 and has moments of boredom on a daily basis. Especially in the evening. So how does one become content with boredom in sobriety?
UPDATE: After only a few days I am starting to feel better. Been nicer to myself and treating myself to some delicious food and some new video games and a tennis racket. Thank you to everyone for your support and advice.
