Been smoking consistently for 2 years, memory loss, no motivation
Post Body

I'm 20M and I've been smoking consistently every night for about a year and a half and I'm noticing that my memory has been embarassingly bad, my speech has become slightly slurred, I've become cognitively slower, my mental health issues have become worse, and I used to go to the gym 3x a week, but I havent gone in a couple months.

Bad things are starting to set in and I dont like them. I work in a restaurant and I generally smoke it after my shifts. I struggle with depression still after years of therapy, plus I'm dealing with a bad porn habit. Anxiety also kills me after work and I use weed to cope.

How do I go about fixing this? I want to be awake, not stupid as fuck, and fast again. Thanks.
