Füm? Does it actually work?

I have vaped for roughly 10 years now. Quit for 4 months and broke my sobriety recently. Now my vape only makes me feel like garbage but alas I am addicted again. Do these Füm vapes actually help or are they just a fad? If they do work, are there better products from other brands?
