Post Body

Hi Beautiful People! I am a 35 year old female, raised by incredible hippy parents. I have smoked daily from a very young age, probably around 14, till now at 35. I regularly smoked concentrates, BHO, etc.

I am quitting cold turkey due to an incredible job opportunity and it has been extremely hard. I don’t know what I am looking for here… Support? Advice? Encouragement? I am having a tough time.

I am one week sober, and I feel extremely emotional, nauseous, anxious. I am wondering when these symptoms may stop? Is there anything I can do to feel better? At what point did you experience less withdrawal symptoms and begin to enjoy some of the benefits of quitting? i.e. More energy, concentration, etc.
