Yea so came to the realisation that the reason I’m dependant on weed is because I’m very stressed at school but I’m not trying to bitch on as I hate people thinking I’m attention seeking when I talk about stress and mental health, so I depend on weed to temporarily remove these stresses from my mind as I hate talking about my feelings I’d rather suck it up and keep it my own problem and not anyone else’s as I don’t want them to feel burdened by my issues as they prob have their own issues they r fighting . Any ideas of healthy coping mechanisms for stress in school (doing finals prep now until may so can’t take a step back from revision or school work etc) Thanks anyone
