My health anxiety is through the roof

My lungs have been cleaning themselves out for a month and a half or so now (I smoked for 4 days about 2 weeks ago and hit a pen 6 days ago but clean besides that) but my health anxiety is insane. I have bad brain fog and my lungs will burn after exercising, and I’ll cough up mucus (less so than before but after exercising especially). I’m getting a sore throat and cold now and it’s driving me insane. Any help would be appreciated.
