How does one find the horizon line from this angle.

If from standing view, the heads are aligned and when sitting the waist are aligned and lying down the ankles are aligned on the horizon. Do unconventional angles like these break this mould?

Even 3 point is technically a simplification that only works for boxes, and even then only if each box is orientated the same way. Really, even single set of parallel lines has its own vanishing point.
